MELANIN MOI is a women’s empowerment community and lifestyle brand dedicated to inspiring, educating and celebrating all women of color created by Fanta Dicko and Chanee Hylton. Founded in 2016, MELANIN MOI was initially created to make it easier for women to find relevant, accurate and inspiring content centered around beauty, fashion and wellness.

Since launch, our platform has partnered with leading brands, hosts live events annually, and leverages the power of social media to share informative content specifically for Black women.

MELANIN MOI’s mission is to change the way content reaches and represents Black women. We aim to contribute to a world where every woman unapologetically loves herself fiercely.
